| Great Stanwix Run - Final Route Revealed |

After a great deal of deliberation and planning the route of the Great Stanwix Run has been finalised. Please see the short video of our runner leading you round the route, through the streets of Stanwix in Carlisle, the great Border City. I have hijacked Mike's Powerpoint of the Great Stanwix run Route and added a little figure - something I picked up from my son's powerpoint experiments. So follow Stan around the course of the Great Stanwix Run 2009 and see if your house lines the route.
