Roll up!  Roll up! Roll up!

Sign up for the SCA email newsletter so that YOU can be kept in the loop and up to date with developments in the area you live.

Stanwix Community Hut at the heart of Stanwix village

The process is very simple indeed and you have my personal guarantee that your details will not be used for any purpose other than communications about the activities of Stanwix Community Association.

  1. Simply type your name, email address and postcode into the appropriate boxes in the web form below.
  2. Double check that you have entered the details accurately (email is accurate but dumb!).
  3. Enter the characters from the Captcha form (it helps stop the spam-bots getting access to yours or my details).
  4. Click on the submit button and the process starts rolling.
  5. A few minutes later an email should arrive in your inbox
  6. Click the sign up confirmation link and YOU'RE IN

A short while later you will also get a slightly more human looking message from the SCA.   There is no particular time interval for subsequent messages, we will simply mail out to you; as and when there is something to tell you.

Thank you for taking the time to look at this information.

The more cautious of you will have noticed that the sign up process and the newsletters themselves use my internet marketing system's autoresponder.  I will just repeat my guarantee, from the start of this article, you will not be subjected to any marketing or sales processes.  The Stanwix Community Association Newsletter List is separate from  each of the marketing related lists that I maintain.  I am simply making my autoresponder account available to the community association, to make the distribution of news and updates efficient and quick.  This is vital if we are going to succeed in our project aims.

If you haven't already got round to it, please sign up for the main stanwix.Info web site as well. I have run the web site as a community service for some time and I need to get more people involved. As a member, please feel free to add comments to the forums. These are a good place to make your offer for the Auction of Promises. If you feel you could add a little more depth to the website, why not become an author and add articles relevant to Stanwix. We are particularly keen to get the history of the area on-line (Dennis Perriam where are you?).

Additionally, if you have a business in the area, sign up for one of the advertising packages.  The site is pitched exactly at the local population and although we don't generate high traffic volumes, it is completely focussed on Stanwix and the areas North of the River.  I need to make the site earn a few quid to keep it on-line and pay its bills.
